Give Yourself A Brain Feast

No matter where you are in your life – age-wise or success-wise – you can better yourself every day by reading a little something good.  If you’re going through a rough time, you must find little ways to lift yourself up every day.

Your body, soul and mind are “what you feed it”. Don’t put them on a diet just because you’re in “overwhelm mode”.  Feeding yourself positive energy thoughts and staking that claim on your life every day will create stepping stones to climb out of your present situation.

Books can inspire, teach and motivate you all from the comfort of your easy chair, during your lunch hour or sitting in the car waiting to pick up the kids.   Be sure to check the “Self-Help” button in the menu for some recommendations)

Motivation Moves Mountains!

If you simply don’t have time, then read one or two motivational quotes each day. Think of them as a daily vitamin or that first cup of coffee that you can’t skip because your body just won’t work without it.

Do an online search for “motivational quotes” and you’ll find hundreds, literally thousands, that will keep you going for years!   I try to read them when I’m alone.  I want to be able to really focus on the message.

Here’s how I like to read motivational quotes.  I pick out a bunch of my very favorites and print them out.  Then every day I find someplace quiet to read down the list.  I carry a copy of the list in my purse so I always have it with me in the car.  I read them out loud and I read them several times a day!

Rinse and Repeat!

To get the best goodness out of reading your motivational quotes, here’s what I suggest:

  • Read them very loud!
  • Make them statements!
  • Claim their positive energy!
  • Make them yours!
  • Make them proclamations over you and your life!

Do that every day, several times a day if you can, and I guarantee you’ll begin to see some fantastic changes in your life and in opportunities that come your way!
